What he says: I’ve been busy. What he means: I’m not interested. If a guy is truly interested in you, nothing will stop him. If a guy says this, he might actually mean it… as in it’s not you, it’s him because he’s a huge douche who’s too chicken to actually tell you what he’s feeling. “I’m fine.” This is exactly the same as a woman saying it.
